Windsor Regional Hospital Information Picket - Feb 15th

On Monday, Family Day, the Windsor Regional Hospital will be formally giving notice to the Registered Nurses who they want to lay off as a part of the 169 RN cuts they’ve announced.
We’re holding information pickets at both campuses to let the government know that enough is enough—these cuts must be stopped.
Please let us know you’re coming. Click on one of these two links to RSVP:
Met. Campus
9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
(meet at Tecumseh Rd. E. near Kildare Rd.)
Ouellette Campus
1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
(meet outside main entrance on Goyeau St.)
We are depending on each of you to attend when you can. If you’ll be working on Monday, please join us at breaks.
Bring your family and friends too! We are extending this invitation to members of other unions and community activists. If you have more completed petitions, please bring them with you.
The Ontario government’s under-funding is having a devastating effect on our hospitals, especially right here in Windsor. We are now suffering the ninth year of real-dollar cuts to global hospital budgets. Patients are paying the price.
Together we can send a message that can’t be ignored.
See you on Monday!
In solidarity,

Sue
