Five nurse practitioners and three registered practical nurses
providing patient care at Harrow Health Centre have reached a tentative
collective agreement with management there.
Harrow Health Centre executive director Margo Reilly and the Ontario Nurses Association say the agreement was reached late Tuesday. It has not been ratified. Details have not been released.
The nurses would have been in a strike position Wednesday had the deal not been reached.
The Ontario Nurses Association recommends the nurses accept the deal.
Reilly hopes it will be voted on it by the end of the week.
ON behalf of Local 8 congratulations on your first collective agreement!!
